Blacknet is a secure encrypted communication network that Blackwatch uses to communicate with their troops out in the field. It contains important information about their operations in the Green, Yellow and Red Zones. When it is successfully hacked by Heller, he can disrupt their operations.
In order to enter and disrupt Blackwatch's operations, Heller must hunt down special targets and consume them to learn their login credentials. After successfully signing onto a Blacknet terminal with these credentials, he can proceed to sabotage the operation.
Successfully sabotaging all missions in one Operation will reward a mutation, making Heller more powerful.[1]
There are total of twelve dossiers, each with 1-3 missions.
Mission Types
Operation: Orion's Belt
This dossier is unlocked by default, and is completed as part of the story. Completing it rewards an Offensive mutation.

Operation: Black Tulip
This dossier unlocks after completing the mission "Operation Flytrap". Completing it rewards a Predator mutation.

Operation: Clean Sweep
This dossier unlocks after completing the mission "Salvation". Completing it rewards a Defensive mutation.
