Do the prototypes have minor telekinetic or tactical telekinetic abilities?

I mean, James Heller has debris lifting off the ground around him every time he evolves( not sure if this is just to show he is powerful), as well as being able to create a vortex( through dlc not sure if it could become a cannon ability or not) , and dash through the air.

Alex and James do have thousands of minds inside of them, and many shape shifters are known to have telekinetic abilities.

What do you guys think? Could the prototypes/evolved advance this ability from minor to catastrophic?

The Evolved/prototypes could get so much stronger if they develop advanced telekinetic abilities as well as other abilities like intangibility, elemental mimicry,and even animal mimicry which they might be fully capable of.
