Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, comedian, voice actor and impressionist. He has provided voice for Mouse and Rukar along with a few additional voices in Mass Effect 2. Phil is better known for being the voice of Samurai Jack.
He provided the voice for Bradley Ragland in the game Prototype.
