The name 'Redlight Virus' isn't in the game. General Randall refers to an 'Operation Red light' when he shoots Taggart in the head, but this seems to be just their military operation, not referring to the virus itself. In all Web of Intrigue nodes, the virus used in Carnival I and in Hope, Idaho is consistently referred to as either DX-1118 or Blacklight. There is no Redlight virus, it's all Blacklight and it always was.
